Description:
- Write clean, testable code for the development of mobile and web applications.
- Participate in technical design as well as architectural and functional specification reviews.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
- Test and develop programming modifications – ensure software testing and quality assurance.
- Apply basic professional knowledge related to software engineering processes, cloud technologies, and tools used within the team.
- Work in a team to provide estimates for tasks and the development of new features.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools.
- Integrate software with existing systems.
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet various requirements.
- Utilizing fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
- Maintaining software systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects.
- Logging the work by means of proper documentation.
- Technical delivery aligned with company’s Technical, Security, Quality, and Regulatory standards.
- Supports tech team and product team to deliver value.
- Keeps relevant user documentation up to date for logging of work & in support of the lifecycle plan for audits/reviews.
- Contributes to release planning working closely with the tech solutions & delivery leads.
Qualification Required: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in developing mobile & web-based applications.
