HRSG SSP is currently looking for the position “IT Support Analyst” for their precious client.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the helpdesk portal.
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide System and application (ISMS) Support to Sales Operations team all over Pakistan.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Hardware support to all Sales team all over the Pakistan related to Printer, Handheld Device, Android Phone, Laptop.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and managing inventory of IT fixed and variable assets through the portal.
Experience: 3-4 years of technical support experience
Education: BS in Computer/Software engineering or a relevant diploma
Location: Karachi, Sindh
Job Type: Contract
Salary: From Rs50,000.00 per month
