Position: Admin/Travel Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
– Organize customer travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc. at economical prices.
– Ensure compliance according to travel policy.
– Ensure safety and security in transport as per E.H.S guidelines by ensuring the fitness of transport.
– Improve housekeeping standards by revising procedures, and introducing of latest techniques and automation.
– Comply and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality, and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and company Corporate Guidelines.
Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of related working experience on the same position.
– Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
– Strong command of MS Office.
