Job Summary:

Conducting data maturity assessment to determine data strategy, governance framework, target operating model for data organization. Participating in data management policy (Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Sharing etc.) and process creation, and analyzing potential impacts of Policies & Processes to the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of an end-to-end data lifecycle management approach by being responsible for applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies and standards.

Assist with data architecture reviews and advise on data solutions that pertain to Data Governance programs (Data Catalogue, Data Quality, Business Glossary, data tools/software, metadata management, master data management, Lineage etc.)

Conduct workshops to understand database structure/data lineage analysis in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.

Design/Perform data profiling and support in monitoring data quality process, identifying data quality issue patterns, applying remediation plans, implementation of data controls, and manage data quality remediation strategies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Should be familiar with data management trends and standards (like DMBOK), including data management principles and methodologies

Data Modelling, Data Storage, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Data Science or in any relevant discipline from reputable University
