Title: Assistant Manager Business Development

Reporting to: Manager Business Development

Location: 1x Islamabad 1x Lahore and 1x Karachi (3 resources required in total)

Minimum Education: MBA (sales/marketing/BD background will be preferred) from a reputable Institute

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Experience

Salary Expectation: 150k + 5% commission (one time – on any business brought in)

Gender: Not specified but female would be appreciated to apply to bring diversity and inclusion in our workforce

Other requirements:

• Should have strong grip on English and Urdu language
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Should have strong presentation skills and should be confident enough to represent our company in front of top hierarchy of any organization
• Mobility is the key hence should have their own transportation

• Bring in New Business for the Company (Primary Objective/Responsibility)
• Develop a strategy and a road map with focus on new business development
• Know the pulse of the corporate market and be aware of new businesses opening up/entering the market
• Have strong networking and/or have the capacity to develop networking based on strong relationship in the corporate sector
• Periodic visits to existing clients and maintain strong relationship
• Be aware of the existing clients wants/needs and address them accordingly
• Brainstorm on developing new tech for the existing clients/potential clients
• Be aware of their existing clients’ business details including but not limited to their financials and scope of work
